I ordered online last night, picked up my purchase curbside this morning. Great cheerful service, especially welcome for someone with limited mobility.

Lot of material. I almost always find what I'm looking for at this site. Service sometimes on the slow side. One clerk was a bit rude and was playing terribly loud music.

Today, I stopped by the Ace Hardware Store located at 1136 Forest Ave to get a bar shortened. John helped me and he was amazing! Highly experienced with a friendly attitude. He even didn't charge me for the cut becasue it was a small. I also noticed that the store manager was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs help with Hardware.

Employee Summer has a very bad attiude. She never has my special ready. All of the prices are wrong or are missing prices. The store is very dirty and disorganized.
